THAILAND — Thailand’s travel agency shut down on Thursday amid a growing diplomatic rift with Myanmar over the country’s alleged crackdown on ethnic Rohingya Muslims.
Thailand said in a statement that its travel agency had suspended operations for a number of days, and the agency would not be able to operate.
Thai authorities have blamed Myanmar for the killings, abductions and rapes of Rohingya Muslims in Rakhine State, which the government has ruled for decades.
