The company’s new website features a page dedicated to customer service, with details of the issues it has been addressing, such as issues with fraud.

“We have identified a number issues in our customer service system that are preventing people from getting the best value for money,” a Scoot spokesperson said.
Scoot also says that it is looking to improve the way it works with customers to improve their experience.
The Scoot website has also been updated to reflect this.
